I have always loved & enjoyed cooking & done large volume catering for close friends & family in the past with very complimentary feedback. Well after several years of being told I should cater for a living. I've decided to do just that!
 

I watch far too many TV cookery programmes, own far too many cookery books, constantly search on the Internet for recipes & ideas and follow too many cake & recipe sites on both Facebook & Instagram. These all give me ideas for new things as well as good old fashion recipes too!
 

Most of all I love trying out something I haven't before. To do this, I find several recipes all offering something delicious or special I like about them, I then tinker & adapt to come up with my own recipe.

 

Some of my recipes are my Mum's that we have loved for years & some are from generations before that Mum has kept & used, so I want to thank her for this as well as teaching me to cook & igniting my initial interest.

 

I will only make dishes using the best Ingredients, as I would for myself.I want food to be about flavour & quality.

 

Salads- My salads all contain lots of ingredients, so they are interesting. I don't have long lists of salads with 3 ingredients as I think we sometimes get carried away on this part of a meal & in my view these weird combinations are unlikely to appeal to all your guests! If you have a favourite salad not on my lists that you would like to serve at your function, I am of course happy to make it for you.

 

Desserts- I love making them and have lots more that will appear on my menus soon, but I didn't want to swamp my menu with lists of them. Please ask if you have a favourite as I'm sure I can make it ...

 

Delivery- I will deliver for a small charge, but if you prefer you can collect.

 

Crockery- Cakes & treats are all boxed & the packaging is non-returnable. All other dishes can be served on my plain (white or clear) dishes or on disposable dishes if you desire.

I'm very happy to supply 1 item, or a complete meal, so please ask for individual items you see on the menus.
